Media Opus Plus, Inc. established a basic policy on antisocial forces that pose a threat to the order and safety of the civil society. All officers and employees are required to comply with the policy and ensure the suitability and soundness of our operations.
01.Response as an organization
With respect to antisocial forces, we will establish a basis for provisions in internal regulation and respond at the organization level under the leadership of the management. In addition, we will ensure the safety of officers and employees responding to antisocial forces.
02.Cooperation with external expert organizations
We aim to foster close cooperative relationships with external expert organizations, such as the police, the National Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, and lawyers. Furthermore, we intend to operate within the context of measures implemented by the national and local governments for eliminating organized crime groups.
03.Legal responses from civil and criminal sides
We will reject unreasonable demands from antisocial forces and provide resolute legal responses, civil and criminal, as deemed necessary.
04.Ban on all relationships, including transactions
We will ban all relationships with antisocial forces, including transactions. In addition, we intend to collect information on antisocial forces and review business relationships. If an entity is identified as an antisocial force subsequent to a transaction, then we will take appropriate measures to prevent the provision of benefits. We firmly reject any unreasonable demands from antisocial forces.
05.Prohibition of covert trasanctions and provision of funds
Engaging in covert transactions with and providing funds to antisocial forces are strictly prohibited.
